Our wedding is the afternoon of Saturday, June 15th at 3:00 PM, and we plan to dance late into the night. You may book as many days as you like.

We will host a welcome reception at the Heathman Hotel on Friday night from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. On Sunday, we plan to have an informal burrito breakfast in the student union and will depart on Sunday around 12:30 PM for our honeymoon.

Please let us know if your preferred room type is not available, we can add rooms to the block, including studio suites at $229. Rooms in the wedding block are discounted and include a free cocktail upon arrival and the amenities fee is waived. Also, there is a complementary tour of the Portland Saturday Market led by the hotel's chef.

The MAX light rail (red line) goes from the airport to the Pioneer Courthouse Square stop (a 45-minute ride, for $2.50); it’s then a four-minute walk to the hotel. Uber is another option ($22-28), or you’ll find cabs outside the baggage claim area (approx. $38-$50); it’s typically a 25-minute ride to the airport.

The hotel offers same-day dry cleaning if you drop off by 9:00 AM.

The parking garage is $25 a day. If you do not plan to drive in and out, this is a cheaper option; it is $55 a day for valet.
